Souvenirs. In the rooms of the Basilica there is a large assortment of articles of devotion, souvenirs and of booklets on the shrine.

SIGNS AND WARNINGS
The devotees and tourists are invited to pay attention to "signs" and observe them as well as the other warnings that are at the upper entrance and in the lower entrance hall. It is forbidden to take photographs or use telecameras or films.

The tourist must respect the habits and customs of the place they visit (from the international decalogue of the tourist).

ENTRANCE IS FORBIDDEN TO WOMEN in short skirts, sleeveless blouses, shorts or any other garment that is not in keeping with the holy place. MEN in shorts or in any other indecent garment are forbidden.

THE HOLY GROTTO
IS A PLACE OF PRAYER NOT A MUSEUM

Therefore, even those who come simply as tourists are expected to respect the religious sentiments of their neighbour. During the celebration of sacred services, visits are not allowed.

VISITS TO THE MUSEUM (Entrance ticket) and to the crypts (entrance ticket) group visits: Minimum 10, maximum 20 people.
